Does Phished offer a proof of concept (PoC)?

Phished does not offer a proof of concept as part of its standard sales process. However, in exceptional or complex cases, we can provide a tailored PoC setup on request. This typically applies when the customer’s technical environment or decision-making process requires additional validation before full deployment.

Is the Phished platform flexible in terms of licenses and usage (simulations + Academy)?

Yes. Licensing is flexible and user-based, taking into account actual usage, organization size, and the desired scope—whether that's phishing simulations, Phished Academy training, or both.

Each plan is customized to match the customer’s cybersecurity goals, making it easy to scale and adapt as your organization evolves.

Is there a minimum threshold?

Minimum thresholds may apply depending on the chosen scope—such as access to phishing simulations, the Academy, or both—and the level of support and service required.

Phished offers flexible solutions tailored to each organization's size and needs, ensuring both smaller and larger teams get the right value and coverage.

Does Phished offer different reseller models?

Yes. Phished offers two partnership models to suit different types of resellers:

- A credit-based model, where resellers purchase user credits in bulk and allocate them across their customer base.

- A custom model, tailored for partners with specific requirements or business structures—such as those integrating Phished into a broader MSP offering. This model can be defined in consultation with your Phished account manager.

The partnership structure is designed to align with the partner’s preferred go-to-market strategy, whether through bundled services or one-off sales.
