For admins, Phished provides guaranteed response times: within 24 hours for non-blocking issues, and within 2 hours for blocking issues, ensuring quick and reliable support for all critical matters.

Aria is Phished’s built-in AI assistant that guides administrators through every step of the platform—from initial onboarding to ongoing management and maintenance.
