Partners now see renewal, upsell and risk before they go looking for it
The partner platform has been rebuilt from the ground up. The home dashboard now opens on the three things a partner needs to know: which clients are up for renewal, where there is room to grow an account, and which accounts need attention. Everything else, from the client overview to the per-client Behavioral Risk Score™ trend, has been rebuilt around the same question.
The problem
A partner’s job is to know which account needs them this week. The old platform held that answer, but in pieces: licence numbers on one screen, risk on another, renewal dates somewhere else again. Partners were assembling a weekly picture by hand out of screens that were never designed to be read together, and an answer you have to assemble is an answer you check less often than you should.
Why we rebuilt it around three questions
We started from the questions partners actually ask, not from the screens we already had. Who is up for renewal. Who can grow. Who is at risk. Those three now sit on the first screen, as counts you can click straight through into the accounts behind them.
The client overview underneath is sortable and filterable, with tags, plan badges and search, and it exports to CSV. Sub-partners get their own breakdown rather than being folded into a total, because a partner managing partners has the same three questions one level down.
Each client has a dashboard of its own: the Behavioral Risk Score™ trend over time, the risk categories behind it, a licence renewal radar, a worklist of what needs attention, and direct access to the Academy and simulation detail. Administration that used to interrupt the view, such as adding clients, managing admin teams, claims and API tokens, now opens in side panels instead of taking you off the page.
The reporting dashboard adds the portfolio view: numbers across every client, behavioural risk compared between them, and phish rate against report rate over the past year. It answers the question a partner gets asked rather than asks, which is how the book of business is doing as a whole.
The per-client performance report exists for one reason. An account meeting should start from numbers both sides can see, not from a hunt for screenshots the night before. The report is generated in the background, in the language you choose, so preparing for a review is a click rather than an evening.
Frequently asked questions
What changes for partners who are already using the platform?
The rebuild is live for every partner. Nothing needs to be set up again, and the data you had is the data you see. What changed is where it sits: the three signals that used to be spread across screens now open on the home dashboard.
Where do I find the reporting dashboard?
Under Commercial > Clients. It covers the whole portfolio: numbers across clients, behavioural risk compared between them, and phish rate against report rate over the past year.
Can I export the client overview?
Yes. The overview sorts and filters, and exports to CSV from the same screen.
How do I generate a client performance report?
From the client’s own dashboard. The report is generated in the background in the language you pick, so you can carry on working while it builds.
Do sub-partners see their own data?
Yes. Sub-partners get their own breakdown rather than being counted into a parent total, so a partner managing partners can answer the same three questions one level down.
