Phished Assistant beyond email
Stop phishing in every channel.
Protect and train your employees at the moment they click.
A Teams message, a link in an AI chat, a QR code on a fake MFA notice, a call that sounds just like your CEO. The Phished Assistant checks suspicious links in a digital silo and guides your employee before they pay or share.

The least protected attack surface
Attacks moved to the channels your security barely covers
Email filters only see the inbox. Attackers now reach your people on their phone, in work chat and on calls, and every attack ends the same way: a link to open or a request to act on.

Zero trust on every channel
These channels lack a real security layer. The Phished Assistant adds one.
QR codes, text messages, chat links and calls are rarely checked before your employee acts on them, and almost never with guidance. The Phished Assistant meets them at the moment they scan, tap or answer, and checks what is really behind it.
No check, and no guidance
- No check on QR codes. A QR code on a poster, a flyer or a fake MFA notice goes unchecked.
- No check on chat. Safe Links may cover Teams, but links in SMS, WhatsApp and AI chats reach people unfiltered.
- No check on calls. Voice and video calls, deepfakes included, go straight through.
- No guidance. Employees decide alone, and IT never hears about it.
Zero-trust checks, with guidance on every channel
- Scanned and tapped links in isolation. QR codes and links from SMS, chats and AI chats open in a digital silo.
- Judged on the real page. AI analyzes what the page does and asks for, not only where the message came from.
- Calls moved to a checkable channel. Requests from calls are verified by email, where the zero-trust flow takes over.
- One record for IT. Every check lands in the Incident Dashboard, whatever the channel.
Full visibility for IT
Every channel in one dashboard. Only real incidents reach IT.
QR scans, text messages, chats and calls usually stay invisible to IT. With the Phished Assistant, every check lands in the Incident Dashboard next to email and browser cases.
Incident dashboard
- Real attacks become training. Smishing, quishing and deepfake attempts feed new simulations for your next campaign.
- Audit-ready log, no workload. Every check is logged with the channel and verdict, ready for your audit trail. Only real incidents ask for attention; AI resolves the rest.
- Into your SOC. Records flow into the tools you already run, such as Splunk, Microsoft Defender or ServiceNow.

FAQ
Phished Assistant in other channels FAQ
What is quishing?
Quishing is QR code phishing: a QR code on a poster, a flyer, a fake MFA notice or in an email that leads to a fake login or payment page. Because the code is scanned with a phone, it bypasses email filters completely.
What is smishing?
Smishing is phishing by text message. A message poses as a courier, bank or colleague and asks you to tap a link, often to pay a small fee or confirm your details.
What is vishing, and how do deepfakes fit in?
Vishing is voice phishing over the phone. With deepfakes, attackers can clone a familiar voice or face on a voice or video call, usually to push for an urgent payment, a password or a file.
How does the Phished Assistant protect against QR code phishing and smishing?
With the Phished Assistant mobile app, a scanned QR code or a link from a text message opens in a protected view inside a digital silo. AI analyzes the page and the employee gets a verdict and guidance while the phone stays untouched.
Does it work for links in WhatsApp, Teams, Slack and AI chats?
Yes. Links from messaging apps, work chat and AI assistants get the same zero-trust check as email: they open in the silo and the employee gets a verdict and guidance.
We already use Safe Links in Teams. Why add the Phished Assistant?
Safe Links protects links in Microsoft 365 apps such as Outlook and Teams, if you have Defender for Office 365. It doesn’t see the channels around them: text messages, WhatsApp, QR codes scanned on a phone, AI chats and calls. And when it blocks a link, the employee sees a warning, not why the page is risky or what to do next. The Phished Assistant works alongside Safe Links: it covers every channel, opens the page in a digital silo and gives a verdict and guidance at the click.
Can the Phished Assistant stop deepfake calls?
A deepfake always asks for an action, such as a payment or a password. Phished trains employees to move that request to email, where the Phished Assistant checks it in isolation, and deepfake simulations train the reflex before a real attack.
What does IT see?
Every check from QR codes, SMS, chats and calls lands in the Incident Dashboard next to email and browser cases, with the channel and the verdict. AI resolves safe cases automatically, so IT only acts on real incidents.
Do employees still need training for these channels?
Yes, and Phished includes it. Adaptive simulations cover SMS, QR codes, voice and deepfakes, so employees practice the same reflex they use with the Phished Assistant.
Does the Phished Assistant read employees’ messages or listen to calls?
No. It only analyzes the links and QR codes an employee chooses to check. Messages, chats and calls are not monitored or logged.
