Customer Success Manager Benelux

• Provide full (online) operational support for the Sales team
• Set up and coordinate our products with new and existing customers
• Manage the start-up procedure for new clients
• Ensure the necessary communication and coordination between the Sales team and the Customer Success team
• Proactively inform the Sales and Customer Success teams about client problems or opportunities 

Your mindset as a problem solver, a driven worker who always puts the customer first and your drive to keep learning are crucial.

• You have a strong interest in software. Experience in SAAS companies is a plus.
• You're a strong communicator and can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
• You're a team player and know how to set clear boundaries
• You're resistant to stress and able to deal with confidential information
• You are always optimistic and have a ‘get things done’ attitude
• You think ahead and anticipate problems, but if they do arise, you tackle them quickly and efficiently
• An administrative and organisational powerhouse!
