By linking fully automated training software to personalised and realistic imitations of cyberattacks, Phished teaches employees how to correctly deal with real online dangers. This way, employees are prepared for cyberattacks, which helps them to better protect data, assets and the reputation of organisations.
In three years' time, we have built a portfolio of over 1,000 customers all over Europe. To support our growth, we are looking for a driven goal-getter who helps Phished grow further at national and international level.
- Preparing and following up quotes and contracts both within the company and towards the customer
- Full (online) operational support for the Sales and Customer Success team
- Coordinating the follow-up of our products with new and existing customers
- Managing the set-up procedure for new customers
- Accurate administrative processing of incoming contracts and coordinating their internal implementation
- Coordinating and managing the necessary communication between the Sales team, Customer Success team, Help Centre and other departments.
- Proactively informing the Sales and Customer Success teams of customer problems or opportunities
