Head of Sales



Leuven, Belgium – Fulltime Position

At Phished, we help companies train their employees in the field of cybersecurity. We send simulations of phishing emails to company employees to teach them how to deal with such malicious mails. In two years’ time, we have built up a portfolio of 250 customers in Belgium, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. After successfully completing a significant investment, we are now looking for the most important capital: people. We are looking for a driven goal-getter who helps Phished grow both at home and abroad.

Job Description

  • Pick and choose your very own dream team of motivated business development managers, guide them towards success and help them closing deals. 
  • Set up and implement an overarching sales strategy 
  • Approach B2B contacts independently to convince them of our unique solution. 
  • Put customers first and actively guide prospects and clients through the entire sales process. 
  • Monitor and report personal and team targets on a monthly basis 
  • You’re an ambassador for Phished at conferences, seminars and trade fairs. 


We are looking for a doer with a winner’s mentality that actively supports Phished’s growth story:

  • You have at least 5 years of sales experience in a B2B environment 
  • You express yourself fluently in English as well as in Dutch. 
  • People know you as a result-driven person  
  • You are someone who deals constructively with feedbackAt the same time, you do’t hesitate to sharyour own opinion. 
  • You have built your own B2B network within Belgium. Work experience in the 
    Netherlands or 
    the United Kingdom is an advantage. 
  • You have experience with CRM systems such as Hubspot or Teamleader. 
  • Customer focus means a lot to you. 
  • Knowing terms such as ‘social engineering’ and ‘spear phishing’ is an asset. 
  • Experience (or a healthy interest) in IT or experience within start-ups or scale-ups is a plus.

    • Develop yourself further in an entrepreneurial and growing scale-up with an open no-nonsense culture.
