At Phished, we help companies train their employees in the field of cybersecurity. We send simulations of phishing emails to company employees to teach them how to deal with such malicious mails. In two years’ time, we have built up a portfolio of 250 customers in Belgium, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. After successfully completing a significant investment, we are now looking for the most important capital: people. We are looking for a driven goal-getter who helps Phished grow both at home and abroad.

Job Description

We are looking for an inside sales employee to support our growth. Someone who enjoys negotiating with customers, debating, being persuasive, and prospecting. Your tasks include:

  • You identify the right target groups and generate quality leads thanks to your persuasiveness.
  • You will work with our marketers and business development managers to refine your approach.
  • Prospects can be accessed via social media, telephone, and mail.
  • Does a prospect want more? Then you get them an appointment with a business development manager.
  • You track leads coming in through marketing campaigns and manage your leads in Hubspot.
  • You contribute to our story and our sales strategy.

Qualifications

We are looking for a doer with a winner’s mentality that actively supports Phished’s growth story:

  • You have at one years of sales experience in a B2B environment.
  • You can communicate fluently, and express yourself well in English as well as Dutch.
  • You have good cold acquisition skills. Calling decision makers is totally your thing, you know that this produces shortcuts to great results.
  • You are a hard and (self-)disciplined worker.
  • You are someone who deals constructively with feedback, enabling you to learn new things quickly. At the same time, you don’t hesitate to give your opinion.
  • Experience (or a healthy interest) in IT or past within start-ups is a plus.
