In three years’ time we managed to phish users from all over the world… and to train them simultaneously. To support our rapid growth even further, we are looking for an ambitious bridge builder, able to help Phished grow her portfolio.
What your job entails
- Preparing and following up quotes and contracts both within the company and towards the customer
- Full (online) operational support for the Sales and Customer Success team
- Coordinating the follow-up of our products with new and existing customers
- Managing the set-up procedure for new customers
- Accurate administrative processing of incoming contracts and coordinating their internal implementation
- Coordinating and managing the necessary communication between the Sales team, Customer Success team, Help Centre and other departments.
- Proactively informing the Sales and Customer Success teams of customer problems or opportunities
Crucial is your mentality as an entrepreneurial, driven worker who always puts the customer first and possess the will to learn.
- Terms such as DKIM, SPF and DMARC feature prominently in your vocabulary
- You can express yourself fluently in Dutch, French and English
- You are a team player and know how to set clear boundaries
- You are stress-resistant and can deal with confidential information
